• What's the RebatesMe Sign Up Bonus and how does it work?

  Beginning July 01, 2024, to qualify for the Sign Up Bonus you must be a new member of RebatesMe and make qualifying purchases spending $15.00 or more within 30 days of your join date. (Except for gift card orders/manual subsidy orders). If you do not spend a minimum of $15.00 on qualifying purchases within 30 days of your join date, the Sign Up Bonus will be canceled. Orders of gift cards do not qualify for the activation of the Sign Up Bonus. (*If your order amount is $0, but you earn cash back, the Sign Up Bonus won't be activated) Once the cash back associated with the $15.00 in purchase(s) is Payable the Sign Up Bonus will become Payable.
   
  Examples:
  1. When your order total is $15 or more and the cashback is $0, the Sign Up Bonus will be updated from the 'confirmed' status to 'Payable' once the cashback for that order becomes Payable.
  2. When your order total is $15 or more and the cashback is $0.01 or higher, the Sign Up Bonus will be updated from the 'confirmed' status to 'Payable' once the cashback for that order becomes Payable.
  3. When your first order total is $7 and your second order total is $10, making your combined order totals exceed the $15 minimum, the Sign Up Bonus will become Payable once the cashback from the second order becomes Payable.
  
  RebatesMe reserves the right to cancel Sign Up Bonus that include, but not limited to, duplicate accounts (duplicate accounts of members of the same household), fraud, returns and unusual activities. RebatesMe also reserves the right to revoke RebatesMe Sign Up Bonus if any of the above-mentioned issues are discovered after a RebatesMe Sign Up Bonus payment is issued. If you feel your RebatesMe Sign Up Bonus was improperly withheld, please contact us and we are happy to work it out with you.
  
  For those who signed up for RebatesMe between 5/10/2023-6/30/2024:
  
  To qualify for a Sign Up Bonus you must be a new member of RebatesMe and make qualifying* purchases earning at least $10 in cash back within 90 days of your join date. In order to cash out your bonus, your account must have a minimum of $10 in cash back Payable.
   
  As a reminder, bonuses do not count as cash back. Cash back is only earned by making qualified purchases through RebatesMe. Your cash back will automatically be moved from pending to payable 90 days from the purchase date to allow time for the merchant's return/exchange period to expire. If you don't earn a minimum of $10 in cash back within 90 days of your join date, the Sign Up Bonus will be nullified.  Orders from some merchants do not qualify for the activation of the Sign Up Bonus.

• How to Earn Cash Back with RebatesMe？

  At RebatesMe, we don’t ask you to fill out forms or earn points. In fact, earning Cash Back with us is as easy as 1-2-3:
  

  
  

  1.Shop: First, start an RebatesMe Shopping Trip. To do this, simply be sure to click on any RebatesMe link to the store you’ll shop with before you make a purchase.

  
  

  2.Validate: When you click an RebatesMe link, you’ll see a pop-up confirmation letting you know you’re ready to shop and earn Cash Back at that store.
  

  
  

  3.Purchase: Complete your purchase as you normally would. This will also complete your Shopping Trip.
  

  
  

  That’s all you have to do.
  

  
  

  Once the store lets us know that you’ve made a purchase, we add your Cash Back to your account and send you an email confirmation. It usually takes a little time for the store to let us know that your purchase was completed. Depending on the store, this can take from a few hours to several days.

• When can I request a payment?

  When your account's available Cash Back amount reaches a minimum of $10, you can request a payment. For your first Cash Out, your payment must include at least one rebate order. You'll need to log in to your RebatesMe account and click the "Cash Out" button so that you can submit a request for your payment. You can use PayPal, Credit Card or choose a Gift Card to receive your Cash Back.
  
  Note： 
  - Cashout threshold of $10 does not include cash back on gift card orders. 
  - Click Bonus is not Cash Back. To earn Cash Back you'll need to place an order through RebatesMe.

• What are the rules for referring friends?

  To refer a friend, simply use your unique referral link located in My Center of your RebatesMe.com account. When your friend clicks this referral link and signs up, we attribute this sign up to you. You will earn a $10 bonus. The more friends you refer, the more you earn!
  
  Friendly Reminder: For the Refer-a-Friend bonus to become available in your account, your friend must reach a minimum of $10 in available Cash Back. If your friend hasn't earned Cash Back totaling $10 or above within 90 days of the join date, the Refer Bonus will be canceled.

  RebatesMe reserves the right to deny or reverse referral bonuses for any activity that violates these terms, including but not limited to:
  
  Self-referrals or referring members within the same household or address.
  
  Duplicate or fake accounts, or accounts created primarily to trigger referral bonuses.
  
  One-time purchase accounts designed solely to qualify for a referral reward.
  
  Bulk, automated, or incentivized referrals, including offering compensation or rewards in exchange for sign-ups.
  
  Posting referral links on websites, merchant pages, coupon platforms, or social media accounts not personally owned or managed by you.
  
  Misleading, spam, or deceptive advertising of your referral link, including mass email distribution or keyword bidding (e.g., on “RebatesMe” or similar terms).
  
  Impersonating RebatesMe staff or presenting yourself as an official representative.
  
  Using scripts, bots, or browser extensions to manipulate referral tracking.
  
  RebatesMe may flag or reject referrals showing suspicious patterns.  

• How do I make sure I always earn Cash Back? (DO's and DON'Ts)

  DO enable cookies on your browser while you are shopping. 

  Merchants use cookies to track your purchases so you can get Cash Back from RebatesMe! Remember, if the merchant doesn't track your purchase, RebatesMe does not receive a sales commission, which means we can't pay you the Cash Back. 

  
  

  DO click to visit the merchant's website from RebatesMe. 

  Clicking to RebatesMe from other websites or typing the merchant's website directly into your web browser without going through RebatesMe will invalidate your Cash Back. Make sure that you don't click any other links to the merchant's website after clicking through from RebatesMe. 

  
  

  DO make sure your shopping cart is empty when you click to the merchant's wesbite from RebatesMe. 

  In order to earn Cash Back, some merchants require that your shopping cart is empty when you click from RebatesMe to the merchant's website. Some merchants keep track of when you put items in your shopping cart and if you don't do it after you clicked from RebatesMe, it's possible that you won't earn Cash Back. 

  
  

  DON'T delete cookies while you are shopping. 

  We know that some people occasionally delete their browser cookies. Unfortunately, if you happen to delete cookies while in the middle of a RebatesMe shopping session, the Cash Back will not be tracked. Wait until after all of your shopping is complete before you consider deleting cookies. 

  
  

  DON'T close the store website while shopping. 

  If you do close the window, you must go back to the RebatesMe merchant page and click from RebatesMe to start a new session. 

  
  

  DON'T checkout multiple times at an online merchant without clicking back through RebatesMe. 

  If you want to keep shopping after checking out the first time, you must go back to RebatesMe and then click back to the merchant again. Even if you are ordering the same item at the same merchant but in a new order, you need to have a new record of clicking through to the merchant to go with your new order. So after every checkout, go back to RebatesMe to start again and click back to the same store or select a new store.

• What is the Cash Back Button?

  The Cash Back Button web browser extension that helps you save money and earn Cash Back when you shop online. It earns you up to 55% Cash Back at 10,000+ stores.
