캐시백 설명
A cashback claim is subject to an individual examination by Mytheresa. It will take about 6 weeks for the final confirmed amount of cashback to be accredited on your account due to Mytheresa's 30 day return policy window. The cashback is calculated based on final net order amount excluding taxes, duties, shipping cost, returns, and vouchers. Cashback slight varations are based on exchange rate. Claims for missing cashback should be submitted directly to the cashback partner. As it becomes a manual process, it can take several months until the validated cashback shows on your interface.
Cash back is available for these orders: Orders placed via the Mytheresa.com official website/ Mytheresa app after clicking on the cashback portal. Orders shipped to the US.
Cash back is not avaliable for these orders: Orders placed using gift cards, store credit or referral codes. Orders placed using promotional codes, discounts or offers not listed on the cashback partner. Orders that are cancelled or fully returned. Orders placed by resellers, unauthorized concierge services, intermediate agents and distributors. Designer exclusions might apply.
Rules For Exchanged Orders 1. Submit your exchange request and Contact our Customer Care team to reserve your exchanged item. 2. After the reservation, a new order id will be created for your exchanged order. 3. Please inform your cashback partner of your new order id 4. Your cashback partner will file a cashback request to Mytheresa for the exchanged order. 5. Please follow the exchange guide at Mytheresa.com to finalize your exchange. 6. Please wait until the validated cashback shows on your interface, it can take several months as it becomes a manual process.
Cash back is not available on the purchase of special brands.
Cash back is exclusively applied to the actual cost of the goods purchased, excluding taxes, shipping, and any additional charges or fees.
The use of coupon/promotional codes not listed on RebatesMe will void Cash Back.
Cash back is not available for orders deemed by the merchant as being for reseller activities.
Cash back is not available if you fail to clean your shopping bag before clicking through to the retailer.
Cashback is not available for users engaging in activities that violate RebatesMe's terms and conditions.
