Eligibility: Free Flower Giveaway (the “giveaway”) is eligible for current RebatesMe members located in the US excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Members must be 18 years or older to participate. . Employees of RebatesMe (the “Sponsor”) their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the giveaway. The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of RebatesMe, as final and binding as it relates to the content. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

Giveaway Period: Giveaway will begin on April 30, 2021 at 12:01 am PST and end on May 9, 2021 at 11:59 pm PST.

Qualifying Factors: To qualify for the free bouquet, members must have an active RebatesMe account, and make $50 in combined purchases at the merchants featured during the Mother’s Day Sale Event (May 3, 2021 – May 9, 2021). All purchases must be made by using the appropriate RebatesMe affiliate link. Failure to not use the RebatesMe affiliate link will disqualify any purchase amount. Prizes: Following the terms and conditions of this giveaway and the site, each member may earn one (1) free bouquet of flowers chosen by RebatesMe from either FTD or Teleflora (depending on location of member and availability). Bouquet choice is given solely to RebatesMe. Prize will not exceed $50 in value. Shipping and handling costs will be provided by RebatesMe. In the event that the bouquet can not be delivered by Mother’s Day (May 9, 2021), or in case a user lives inside the US but outside of the operating range of the two aforementioned flower providers, RebatesMe will offer a $35 gift card to the user for either FTD or Teleflora. One prize is awarded per household.

Rights Granted by you: By entering this giveaway you understand that RebatesMe, anyone acting on behalf of RebatesMe or its respective licensees, successors and assigns will have the right, where permitted by law, without any further notice, review or consent to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter in perpetuity and throughout the World including but not limited to your portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image or statements about the giveaway, and biographical information as news, publicity or information and for trade, advertising, public relations and promotional purposes without any further compensation.

Terms: RebatesMe reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway should (in its sole discretion) a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the giveaway. In such case, RebatesMe is not required to send any prizes to the user or pay out any cash back owed through purchases made. RebatesMe reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway or website or violates these Terms & Conditions.

RebatesMe has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the giveaway, to void requests for any reason, including, but not limited to; multiple requests from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple requests from the same computer in excess of that allowed by the giveaway rules; or the use of bots, macros or scripts or other technical means for entering.

Any attempt by a participant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, RebatesMe reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Selection and Notification: Those that qualify for a free bouquet will be notified via email to the email address linked to their RebatesMe account. RebatesMe shall have no liability for a participant’s failure to receive notices due to participant’s spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for participant’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. All qualifying participants are required to provide a valid US mailing address to receive the prize. If the selected participant cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to provide a valid US mailing address, fails to claim the prize within 15 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, prize may be forfeited.
