Your office is your temple–a place to relax and focus on your work. So, it only makes sense that you decorate your office with nothing but the best. But how do you define “best”?
Don’t worry, we’ll define it for you, because here we have a list of only the best home-office products you can buy this year.

If You Need Some New Electronics

Many people dedicate their office to their computer(s), where they write, design, draw, game, etc. If this sounds like you, then I think you’ll like this section!

Desktop: The Alienware Aurora R9

Alienware remains one of, if not the most popular PC manufacturers on the market, and after using one of their desktop PCs, it’s not hard to see why. Possessing clean aesthetics, industry-leading performance and easy configuration, it’s hard to go wrong with Alienware desktops.
The new Alienware Aurora desktop stays true to this. The Aurora R9, the newest desktop by Alienware, provides you with a plethora of options to configure it with. If you want (and have the money), you can pack two RTX 2080s in it.

Laptop: The Microsoft Surface Pro 6

Microsoft recently announced their new Surface Pro 7, alongside the Surface Laptop 3 and Surface X.

Fortunately for us, the Surface Pro 6 remains not only an amazing 2-in-1 device, but one of the most popular devices on the market. Furthermore, Microsoft puts the Surface Pro 6 on an almost-monthly basis, so if you have the patience, you can find yourself with a new Surface Pro 6 for at least a couple hundred dollars off.
Specs vary from model to model, but the cheapest one ($699) is equipped with an Intel i5 8250, an Intel UHD 620, and 8 GB of RAM–more than enough to get you through the day.
To keep up-to-date on the price, simply check the page out on Microsoft’s site and be sure to bookmark it.

Laptop Honorable Mention: Dell XPS 13

If the 2-in-1 form factor doesn’t fit the bill for you, then consider the Dell XPS 13, one of the more aesthetically-pleasing laptops on the market.
As I mentioned back with the Alienware Aurora, Dell loves their sales, so keep an eye out for this laptop on Dell's website. With a thin chassis, sharp 4K display and incredible performance, not many laptops top the Dell XPS 13.
The cheapest XPS 13 rests at $1,099, coming with an Intel i5-8265U, Intel’s UHD 620 Graphics, and 8GB of RAM.
Similar to the Aurora, just click the link here to go to Dell’s website and be sure to bookmark the product page so you don’t lose it!

Monitor: The Dell SE2419H

You may thinking that there’s too many Dell products on this list, and I’d agree with you if it wasn’t for the fact that Dell makes fantastic products, and their absence would be a crime to this list.
The Dell SE2419H is a 1080p, IPS monitor, meaning that the screen looks fantastic. And with trimmed-down bezels, you’d be hard-pressed to find a better monitor for the price Dell is asking for.

Tablet: iPad Air (2019)

Sometimes a desktop and laptop don’t cut it. Maybe you need the portability of a laptop but without the bulkiness. That’s where the iPad Air steps in.
Ok, that’s a bit of an exaggeration; the new iPad Air will not replace your laptop, but it’s still a great device. Sporting Apple’s newest A12 Bionic processor, trimmed bezels and the thinnest form factor we’ve seen on a tablet, the new iPad Air is the tablet to beat.
You can check out the iPad Air at Best Buy, where Apple is sure to show some discount love.

If You Want to Spruce Up Your Home & Office

If you’re spending the bulk of your time at home; why not keep things looking interesting? Maybe make things a bit more secure? Help you focus on your work?

Lighting: Phillips Hue Light Bulbs

I’m sure you’ve heard of Phillips Hue, the increasingly-popular smart light system for your office and house if you feel so inclined.
Lighting plays a big role in our mood, so Phillips Hue is not just a gimmick–it can turn your office into a relaxing room where you can focus on your work.
Hue comes in many forms, from bulbs to light strips, but the best beginner kit is the Best Buy exclusive Starter Kit, which comes with 3 lightbulbs, a hub, and a light switch. The perfect starter kit that allows for expansion later down the line if you feel so inclined.

Cameras: Google Nest Surveillance Cameras

Your home can never be too secure, which is why security cameras have risen in popularity. Out of all the surveillance cameras on the market, Google’s Nest cameras reign as the king of the market.
If you want to keep your home secure and want a hassle-free setup, then take a look at Google’s Nest cameras. You can buy them from many retailers, but Best Buy may be your best bet, as the retailer heavily advertises Nest products.

Audio: Sony WH-1000XM3/B

Home isn’t always the best place to work. Children can cause quite a ruckus, and potential others being in the house opens room for noise and distraction–not ideal. If all else fails, a good pair of noise-cancelling headphones can be extremely effective at fighting noise.
While the Sony WH-1000MX3/B don’t promise noise cancellation of extremely loud sounds, rest assured that you won’t be hearing a peep from anyone in the next room with these headphones. They’re not one of the most popular wireless headphones for no reason. Take it from me: someone who owns a pair.
