Return Policy

While Urban Outfitters doesn’t have the most forgiving return policy it’s definitely something to be aware of.

Free returns and exchanges are available in store and online. If you decide to return an item within 60 days you can get a full refund at the purchase price. If you return an item after 60 days you will be issued store credit for the lowest sale price offered during that time, so it’s best not to wait too long if you’ve decided your recent purchase isn’t your style.

In store purchase can be returned to any store and online items can be returned in person or by mail. Free returns and exchanges are only available for orders shipped within the US.

Hot tip: Price Adjustments are also available if an item goes on sale up to 14 days after the original item was purchased in store or online.
