Best Buy has free two-day shipping for its Elite Plus members (which is their loyalty program based on yearly purchase amount). If you’re not a member, then you can get typically 3-4 day shipping if you send your item to a nearby store.

BirchBox has free next-day shipping, but you have to spend at least $150 first. Most of their makeup gift boxes are about $50, so if you gift 3 of those, you’ll hit the mark easy, otherwise, it might be a climb.

Walmart has been putting a lot of effort into trying to compete with Amazon regarding fast shipping which is a plus for you. They offer two-day shipping on every order over $35. For people in Hawaii and Alaska, that gets bumped up to 3-day shipping.
